GB Consulting Associates LLC, founded by Gary Bernstein in 2012, is a team of arts professionals and facility consultants dedicated to assisting established and emerging cultural and educational institutions to realize the mission, vision, capacity goals and programming potential of the spaces they own or use for cultural activities and programs.  

Our service includes a comprehensive consultation to help identify gaps and opportunities, a comprehensive report that includes a project plan with timelines and milestones, a cost analysis, and a schedule. Notable projects include a leading role in the design, construction, and inaugural programming for the Archbishop Fulton Sheen Center for Thought and Culture, a $30 million project of the Archdiocese of New York. Opened in 2015, the 25,000 sf facility features two theaters, an art gallery, rehearsal studio spaces and residences for visiting artists. Diverse programming has included theater, music, spoken word presentations, film premieres, visual arts, theater and literary festivals, and special events to celebrate the Papal visit to New York in September 2015. 

Current projects include proposals to develop two mixed-use performing arts facilities in Upstate New York and Astoria, Queens.
